System Development and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Development and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining system plans, including operational requirements, schedules, and budget allocations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy and security through the development and implementation of MIS policies. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Additionally, you will plan and manage software and hardware installations, perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS systems, and monitor system performance to prevent unplanned outages and downtime.

A key aspect of this role is supervising and motivating a team of MIS professionals to work collaboratively and efficiently towards shared goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining system plans
  • Implementing MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Planning and managing software and hardware installations
  • Maintaining and servicing MIS systems
  • Monitoring system performance

Requirements
