About the Role:

The Senior Strategic Leadership position is responsible for developing and executing a business growth strategy for the Brand and Media Practice Area in India. This role will involve operating as a Brand Manager, driving profitable revenue growth, and representing the Voice of the Customer (VOC) while creating awareness of your portfolio internally and externally.

As a key member of the Sales Product Experts team, you will work closely with the Regional Brand and Media Practice Area leader to drive business growth. You will also support India Business Partners across Verticals and Specialty Sellers (SS) in collaboration with multiple areas like Pricing and Revenue Management (PL), Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the Brand and Media Practice Area in India
  • Drive profitable revenue growth by owning India Practice Area revenue and cost operations, understanding portfolio profitability, and improving Practice Area profit profile via product mix
  • Craft India client engagement plans alongside Vertical leaders and Business partners for target client activation at the local India level
  • Set Quarterly and Annual Sales quotas and provide detailed sales forecasting every month on your products
  • Represent the practice area and its tools in senior leadership roles on local RFP engagements, working across SA I and NielsenIQ for a unified response
  • Involvement in proposal development and E2E sales process in partnership with Business Partners, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success teams
  • Bring to life the go-to-market plan, review, and adjust with Vertical leaders and partner with the Regional Practice leader on Brand and media
  • Participate in regional boot camps, plan, and initiate local Bootcamps to train Business partners

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Consumer Goods (CPG), new vertical sales, brand development, and tracking, marketing effectiveness, advertising, and design in several regions
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, managing people, and developing talent
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, maintain positive client relationships in complex situations, and resolve client issues
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills, proven sales acumen, and a high say-do ratio
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ products, services, and data preferred
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation and maintaining a sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
