We are now looking for a Senior Leadership Trainer & Consultant to drive the design and delivery of powerful leadership development programs and support select strategic initiatives. The focus of this role is firmly on leadership, sales and other behavioural and workplace skills training.
Role Overview: This role is primarily focused on leadership, sales and workplace skills training , with occasional contributions to OKR and strategy consulting projects . The individual will lead the design and facilitation of impactful learning programs and workshops for leaders across industries.
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and growth-oriented professional who is hungry to learn, build, and deliver high-quality leadership development experiences .
Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Design & Delivery (50%) Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs.
Facilitate workshops, leadership off-sites, and coaching sessions across management levels.
Ensure training programs are practical, engaging, and aligned with client objectives.
Continuously enhance learning content based on trends, research, and participant feedback.
2. Strategic Consulting Projects (20%) Participate in select strategy consulting assignments (e.g., OKRs, performance alignment) as a supporting consultant.
Bring a leadership lens to strategic initiatives where needed.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management (15%) Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Build Business with acquiring and bringing in new clients
Contribute to discussions on program outcomes and customizations.
4. Brand Building & Organizational Growth (10%) Represent Atlas Learning in select industry forums and webinars.
Contribute to personal and organizational branding through social media and professional platforms.
Suggest and support improvements in training methodologies.
5. Internal Collaboration & Mentorship (5%) Collaborate with team members to co-create solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA or related qualification is preferred (specialization in HR, Strategy, Leadership, or Organizational Development is a plus).
7 to 15 years of experience with a strong foundation in leadership training .
Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver training for senior leadership.
Exposure to OKRs or strategic consulting is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently.
Strong networker who can attract and build our client pool
Willing to travel for client engagements.
Work Structure & Expectations: Hybrid Model : (Post probation) 5 days from Dahisar East office, 1 day remote (negotiable)
Travel : Open to domestic and international travel
Saturdays : 1st and 3rd Saturdays Off (subject to change)
Probation : 3-month probation with review for full-time transition
