About the Role:
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in leadership training to lead the design and facilitation of powerful learning programs and workshops for senior leaders across industries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact leadership development programs, facilitating workshops, leadership off-sites, and coaching sessions, and ensuring training programs are practical, engaging, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Design & Delivery (50%):
    • Design and deliver leadership development programs that meet the needs of our clients.
    • Facilitate workshops, leadership off-sites, and coaching sessions for senior leaders.
    • Ensure programs are aligned with client objectives and goals.
  • Strategic Consulting Projects (20%):
