About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to manage a team of scientists who are responsible for developing state-of-the-art Machine Learning methods and applications. As part of our Amazon India ML team, you will work on large-scale problems involving terabytes of data and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic leadership to the team, drive business growth through innovative solutions, and ensure that our research is published in top-tier international venues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of scientists and machine learning engineers in the development of Machine Learning models and algorithms for business applications
  2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality results
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in managing scientists or machine learning engineers
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics
