Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing technical support to employees, and implementing security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
  • Access Management: Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
  • Data Protection: Oversee data backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.
  • IT Security: Implement and monitor IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, patching, etc.).
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service support.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, etc.).
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches), familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Cybersecurity: Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
