Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional customer-facing documentation that delights and excites customers. You will also remove ambiguity in understanding by documenting processes, making teams more efficient and effective.

Key responsibilities include managing one full region or multiple customers within a region, owning end-to-end communication and status reporting to leadership and customers, assimilating proficiency in managing portfolios, and adding valuable data insights for customers.

You will effectively collaborate with customer success stakeholders, manage escalations, and plan transitions efforts. Additionally, you will think of new processes and improvements that can help your region and the Sustenance Engineering Team.

Driving initiatives to achieve target profit gross margin and desired CSAT score for allocated portfolios is also crucial. Prioritizing work aspects with respect to changing time-frames, goal posts, incomplete information, and direction is essential.

Understanding the big picture and cascading it to the team, handling internal and external stakeholders, and owning team performance end-to-end are also key responsibilities.
