As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of their healthcare data. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our customer base.

A Day in the Life at Our Organization

  • Create high-quality, customer-facing documentation that informs and empowers our clients.
  • Develop clear and concise written materials that facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Capture tacit knowledge and transform it into actionable insights.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, Linux/Unix systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud-based technologies, including Linux/Unix systems.
  • Good understanding of workflow automation tools, such as CA, BMC, HP, IBM, or JIRA.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Sisense, Power BI, or Tableau (a plus).
  • Experience with support processes, including SLAs, OLAs, and product/application support.
  • Collaboration with product managers, SMEs, and BAs to create clear and concise written material.
  • Ambitious individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and rotational shifts.
