As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager who is passionate about digital marketing and has the skills to develop, implement, track, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating and managing Amazon advertising campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months' hands-on experience in PPC (Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc.) along with at least six months of experience working at a digital advertising agency or in a similar environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and management of Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad content.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, gather data, and provide reports to management.
  • Work on bid management and budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategies to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
