Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning Experience Coordinator to assist in the management of our online learning platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The selected intern will be responsible for:

  • Uploading content and ensuring it goes live smoothly on our LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Serving as a liaison between learners and educators to address any issues and ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Coordinating daily operational tasks to ensure all activities run seamlessly.
  • Supporting the team in content-related tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring accuracy before content goes live.
  • Maintaining and managing internal documentation and spreadsheets using Google Sheets to track tasks and data.
  • Communicating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
