The company seeks a skilled procurement specialist to oversee the purchase of indirect materials and services from various suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient supply chains.

Critical Functions
  • Manages the procure-to-pay cycle for indirect materials, maintains relationships with suppliers, and ensures uninterrupted supply at optimal cost, quality, and service levels.
  • Negotiates with internal and external stakeholders to secure favorable terms and resolves disputes in a timely manner.
  • Leverages enterprise procurement tools to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintains accurate records of vendor performance and communicates regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
Skill Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of procurement software, including SAP MM and Ariba.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
