Indirect Procurement Leader

This role is a leadership position responsible for managing indirect procurement functions across various categories, including IT, telecom, corporate services, and marketing communications.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Indirect Purchase Procurement Leader with deep expertise in driving sourcing initiatives, vendor negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations across large-scale organizations.

  • Lead end-to-end procurement functions across various categories to drive cost efficiency and improved service delivery
  • Define and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives to drive value creation and improved performance
  • Develop robust vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and execute savings opportunities through commercial negotiations and contract finalization
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of domain knowledge in driving sourcing initiatives, vendor negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations across large-scale organizations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading RFx processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, and contract finalization to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and execute savings opportunities through commercial negotiations and contract finalization
  • Driving IT procurement strategies, including SaaS licensing, hardware software contracts, data center cloud service agreements, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensuring vendor compliance, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation through consistent performance monitoring and governance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 18+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement, with specialization in IT and corporate services
  • Strong domain knowledge in sourcing software, hardware, infrastructure, and managed IT services
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value marketing and communication spend, including agencies, creative services, events, and media buys
  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills with ability to manage large supplier ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
