Debit Card Propositions Product Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with expertise in debit card propositions. They will be responsible for maximizing revenue and optimizing costs through the development of best-in-class customer-centric value propositions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build seamless customer-friendly end-to-end onboarding experiences
- Track product-wise spends, activation, retention, and attrition metrics
- Develop product strategies to maximize spends and profitability
- Use big data and Artificial Intelligence to ideate and conceptualize targeted interventions
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products
- Ability to construct a product roadmap for both existing and new product launches
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education: Full-time Masters Degree from Tier 1 B-School (Majoring in Finance/Marketing/Management/Business Administration)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in payments products/card products as a product manager with a bank, wallet company, NBFC, payment processor, or payment consultant
