The Archer Technical Support Specialist is responsible for delivering expert technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients utilizing RSA Archer modules. Key duties include providing data import/export operations support, creating tailored reports and dashboards, conducting health checks, offering user training sessions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance alignment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Offer expert technical support and troubleshooting services for RSA Archer modules (IT Risk, Issues Mgmt, Bottom-Up & Top-Down Risk Assessments, Loss Event, On-Demand Applications).
  • Manage data import/export operations (scheduled & ad hoc batch jobs) using CSV, Excel, XML/JSON, JDBC/ODBC connectors.
  • Create customized reports and dashboards aligned with compliance, risk management, and business needs.
  • Conduct monthly health checks covering performance optimization, system configuration reviews, and availability assurance.
  • Deliver regular user training sessions to enhance adoption, efficiency, and effective use of Archer.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support issues, fixes, and system changes.
  • E nsure compliance alignment in reporting and system configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years experience with RSA Archer Administration & Support.
  • Strong knowledge of Archer Data Feeds, Reporting Framework, and Access Control.
  • Hands-on experience in batch job scheduling, performance tuning, and data integrations.
  • Ability to conduct user training sessions and develop user-friendly guides.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of GRC solutions is essential.
