With a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for identifying key stakeholders, establishing relationships, and driving adoption of Amazon's advertising products.

The GCS Advertising team works with brands on Amazon India marketplace, helping them build their presence through digital advertising interventions. Our team is passionate about empowering businesses to thrive on our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Serve as a key member of the advertising business development team, contributing to the overall growth and profit of Amazon India's business by expanding our partner ecosystem.">
  • Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with strategic advertisers, including key Amazon Brands and sellers.">
  • Identify target market segments and channel strategy for Amazon India's emerging Advertising business, defining the business model, product offering, engagement process, and support/operations model to drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth.">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop joint business plans and upsell opportunities with coherent messaging/positioning for sellers/partners.">
  • Act as the advertisers' advocate, evangelizing for their success working with Amazon India, partnering with product, account management, support, and global technology teams to drive advertiser success on Amazon's advertising platform.">
  • Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption among customers.">

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising or related fields.">
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.">
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.">
  • A talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning.">
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments and consistently close sales while generating revenues.">
