Meeting Setter Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Meeting Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in global meeting setting with a focus on cold calling for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of meeting setters to schedule qualified meetings with prospects.
  • Develop strategies for lead qualification and meeting setting to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
  • Train and mentor appointment setters to maintain high team morale.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in meeting setting with a focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • 2+ years in a team leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
  • Proven track record in sales outreach.
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
