HR System Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation, updating, and modification processes for Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials, plan pilots, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are beneficial.
  • Experience: 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management, knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle, familiarity with Gen AI tools, and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
