System Engineer

Configure, deploy and maintain a company’s public key infrastructure (PKI), execute routine certificate management tasks, lead certificate provisioning, expiration monitoring and renewal activities. Create automation for certificate-related processes, integrate PKI with other systems for operational efficiency, provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to certificates, keys and PKI, maintain accurate documentation of PKI configurations, certificate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certificate Management: Lead certificate provisioning, expiration monitoring and renewal activities. Create and adhere to certificate policies and procedures.
  • Automation: Create automation for certificate-related processes. Integrate PKI with other systems for operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to certificates, keys and PKI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of PKI configurations, certificate policies and procedures. Create and update knowledge base articles for certificate management.
  • Security and Compliance: Participate in security monitoring and contribute to incident response efforts. Understand regulatory compliance related to certificate management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field - Preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in Developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-class PKI solutions or IT related field.
