Service Certification Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Certification Specialist to lead the certification process for our power and cooling infrastructure.
This role involves ensuring service readiness and compliance with global operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage certification programs for power and cooling infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce service readiness standards, procedures, and documentation tailored to data center operations.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to collect relevant data, perform audits, and verify compliance.
- Address certification gaps, implement corrective measures, and monitor their efficacy.
- Produce clear technical documentation, certification guidelines, and post-certification reports.
- Support new service rollouts and infrastructure upgrades with readiness validation and certification.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, data center services, certification, or quality assurance—ideally in power and cooling, supply chain, or technical operations.
- Strong understanding of service certification protocols, operational readiness, and audit frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with an aptitude for interpreting performance metrics and supporting continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience within large-scale cloud infrastructure or data center environments, familiarity with AWS infrastructure, especially power and cooling systems, project or program management expertise, particularly in certification or readiness domains, and understanding of global standards (e.g., ISO, safety certifications) relevant to data center operations.
