Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance LeadWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead and manage the quality assurance function, ensuring that all products and services meet the required standards.
- To develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes that align with industry best practices.
- To conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- To provide training and guidance to staff on quality-related matters and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality-related issues.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
