We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our wind energy products.
Responsibilities- Quality Documentation: Prepare and maintain IMS documentation for plant, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with defined standards.
- NCR Management: Manage non-conforming product reports (NCRs) and communicate effectively with teams for timely closure.
- Report Preparation: Prepare weekly and monthly defect analysis and cost of poor quality reports.
- Instrument Calibration: Track instrument calibration and ensure only calibrated instruments are used in plant operations.
- Material Inspection: Verify GRN and Supplier TC and COA during material inspection and record keeping.
- Qualifications: BE/Diploma in Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry).
- Experience: 4-7 years of wind mill blade quality experience and minimum 2 years NDT Level 2 experience in wind mill blade.
- Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of quality tools and route cause analysis, and NDT Level 2 certified in Ultrasonic Testing.
- Salary: Estimated annual salary: ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 based on industry standards and location.
