Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on an energy project. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all suppliers meet our high standards for quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with other project functions to ensure seamless execution of supplier quality services.
  • Review material requisitions and technical specifications to determine quality requirements and surveillance levels.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and operating instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and surveys to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and investigate quality issues to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in inspection and testing activities.
  • Prior experience as a PSQR or SQR on EPC projects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of major commodities typically procured for energy projects, recognized codes and standards, and manufacturing methods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
