Job Title:
Digital Advertising Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled digital advertising specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to generate leads for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute targeted local and regional SMB marketing strategies in the USA.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to validate campaign hypotheses and scale successful campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations on key metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and other key indicators.
  • Own campaign performance and be accountable for achieving lead and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and optimize landing pages for improved conversions.

Requirements:
  • Google and Meta Ads Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience running successful Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior patterns.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structures for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and a results-oriented mindset.
