Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliation:
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
  • Accounting Entries & Record Keeping:
    • Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure timely posting of transactions in the accounting system to maintain financial accuracy.
    • Verify general ledger balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Tasks:
    • Address any urgent financial or accounting queries from internal and external stakeholders.
    • C coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve financial matters.
  • General Accounting & Support Functions:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Unit4, Zoho, or SAP).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
