About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of strategic growth plans (e.g., cross-selling and upselling initiatives).
  • Optimization of operational flows, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Collaboration with leadership on long-term growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in operations and finance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
