We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support at the front desk of our main entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and address concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as required.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and files are maintained.
