This Role: Front Office Executive

This is a full-time role for a Front Office Executive at Rockworth International located in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, and front office operations on a day-to-day basis.

Jurisdiction and Scope

The Front Office Executive will work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer experiences, manage office operations efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements & Expectations

  • Key Skills: Interpersonal skills, excellent communication, customer service skills, organization, time-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience: Receptionist duties, front office experience, or similar roles where you have interacted with customers, managed office operations, and demonstrated your ability to multitask effectively
  • Competitive Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience), along with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company
