Job Title: Release Management Specialist

A critical member of our team is needed to oversee the entire release lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful deployments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive release plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Operations, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment and preparedness for releases.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate potential risks or issues impacting release timelines or quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication of all changes according to established processes.
  • Coordinate cloud deployments in environments such as AWS, adhering to security and operational policies.
  • Promote automation to improve release reliability and efficiency through continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices.
  • Monitor release progress and provide regular updates, including performance metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead issue resolution during release phases to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Manage the organization's release calendar, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Strong understanding of release processes in complex environments
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements
