Our team has achieved product-market fit and is now focused on building a scalable growth engine. As our Marketing Growth Expert, you'll play a key role in identifying, validating, and scaling the marketing channels that will drive consistent pipeline for our business.

This isn't just a campaign management role - you'll work directly with our founder to shape strategy, test new ideas, and figure out what works. You'll be responsible for designing and running structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (bonus if SMB-focused), hands-on experience with tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms, a generalist mindset comfortable running experiments across multiple channels, data-driven skills, and a scrappy approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run structured growth experiments across various marketing channels.
  • Work directly with our founder to shape strategy and test new ideas.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing → pipeline → revenue alignment.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs.
  • Analyze performance data to quickly double down on wins and cut losses.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of growth/demand gen experience in B2B SaaS (bonus if SMB-focused).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Generalist mindset comfortable running experiments across multiple channels.
  • Data-driven skills and a scrappy approach.
