Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of our digital content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights, and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Content Analysis: Regularly assess the performance of our digital content across various platforms, focusing on metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.
  • Strategic Guidance: Utilize data-driven insights to provide actionable feedback to content creators, ensuring that all content aligns with performance goals and brand values.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth team and Performance marketing Agency to understand the impact of different types of content on overall marketing performance.
  • Content Optimization: Recommend and implement changes to existing content to improve its effectiveness based on performance data.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop new content ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive results.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, creative strategy, or digital marketing, with a focus on content performance analysis.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in content planning and analysis for digital platforms.
  • Experience in collaborating with growth teams, creative teams, and marketing agencies.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
