Job Summary:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage make approvals and enlistments with external partners, including design engineering consultants, MEP consultants, architects, and builders & developers.
  • The ideal candidate will provide technical support, conduct lead generation, presentations, and negotiations; facilitate bid clarifications and analyze competitive product offerings.
  • This role involves preparing all required documents and providing technical support to consultants/end clients regarding specifications, standards, and compliance.
  • The successful candidate will generate leads, validate them from various sources/sales team, and collaborate with sales personnel to convert them into successful sales.
  • They will conduct factory visits for consultants/end clients to ensure make approvals for their ongoing/upcoming projects.
  • Leading product presentations, seminars, and training sessions for consultants/clients is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • Coordinate all pre- and post-bid techno-commercial clarifications with consultants/clients.
  • Negotiate and discuss technical and commercial aspects with clients/consultants.
  • This role also involves working on GEM and other vendor portals.
  • Analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and prices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
