Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications using NodeJS and NestJS.
  • Work with PostgreSQL to write and optimize raw SQL queries.
  • Implement data pipelines using Kafka, Redis, and Docker containers.
  • Maintain services on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and the NodeJS ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and ability to write optimized SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Docker containerization.
  • Experience deploying services on AWS (SQS, SES, MSK, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Retool or low-code/internal tooling platforms.
  • Basic proficiency in Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, JIRA, secret management, or Datadog.
