Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the technical direction of our backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members.

This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, architecting and implementing scalable microservices and robust API designs, guiding the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives, driving initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability, and mentoring engineers and leading code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives
  • Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence
Requirements and Expertise
  • 6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration
