ServiceNow ITOM Developer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires expertise in various ITOM components, including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MID Server architecture, credentials, and probe configuration, as well as proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.

A strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and ITSM/ITOM concepts is also essential for this position. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform focusing on ITOM.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Experience with MID Server architecture, credentials, and probe configuration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and ITSM/ITOM concepts.
