Job Description:

As a technical expert in IT operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless system functioning. Your role will involve resolving complex technical issues, managing network infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

Your duties will include responding to and troubleshooting technical issues reported by stakeholders, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and performing installations, configurations, and updates as needed. You will also provide remote support and guidance using remote desktop tools, manage network devices and administer firewall settings to maintain security, and generate detailed records and reports using data analytics tools.

In addition, you will educate users on best practices and IT policies, coordinate with vendors for procurement and technical support, and utilize APIs to automate and streamline IT processes. To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational and project management capabilities, proficiency in troubleshooting tools and remote support platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT asset management, networking, and hardware/software support.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations principles, including network security and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in API integration, automation tools, and cloud-based platforms.
