Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deploy scalable AI solutions for credit lending platforms.

In this role, you'll work on end-to-end data pipelines, model development, and integration with banking and fintech systems hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy credit scoring models (classification, regression).
  • Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Azure for structured financial data.
  • Implement model monitoring frameworks and governance workflows.
  • Develop APIs for seamless integration with LOS and external systems.
  • Collaborate with analysts to translate business rules into AI-driven logic.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and integrate model explainability.
  • Optimize workflows for scalability and performance on Azure Cloud.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL with experience in ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse.
  • Hands-on experience with credit risk modeling.
  • Knowledge of API design.
  • Familiarity with MLOps best practices.
  • Strong understanding of data governance in financial services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with banks or fintechs in credit/lending solutions.
  • Knowledge of explainable AI techniques.
