- Assign and manage resources effectively and efficiently.

- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.

- Plan and deliver high-quality projects that meet all agreed-upon requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

- 8+ years of progressive Project Management experience required.

- 5+ Years of experience in IT services organization is required.

- 5+ Years of Application Development &/or IT Infrastructure Project Management experience is required.

- 3+ Years of Financial Services or Insurance experience

- Highly organized; detailed oriented.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; solid written and oral communication skills.

- Strong and proven coordination and project management skills

- Ability to prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

- PMP certification preferred.

- Familiarity with the application of project management principles.
