Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML expert to join our team as an Advanced Machine Learning Analyst.

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence through data-driven insights, minimizing downtime, and optimizing resource utilization across various datasets.

  • You will be responsible for gathering, prioritizing, and validating AI/ML use cases related to E&P (Geophysics, Reservoir, Drilling), O&M, and HSE.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing and validating machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks.
  • You will also prepare and cleanse data, perform feature engineering, and support exploratory data analysis.
  • Apart from that, you will build and maintain data pipelines leveraging big data platforms like Spark and Databricks.
  • You will collaborate in AI/ML model deployment and maintenance, including automated retraining.
  • Maintaining adherence to AI governance, ethical use, and data security policies is of utmost importance.
  • You will create dashboards and reports to measure KPIs such as downtime reduction and process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–8 years of AI/ML experience with some Oil & Gas industry exposure preferred.
  • Proficient in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
