To be successful in this position, you should have 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying language models, proficiency in LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or similar, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
