Job Description:

As a seasoned technical professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on quality engineering in the context of transformation. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop test automation frameworks, tools, and processes that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools for various components and systems
  • Collaborate with product architects to ensure testability and achieve 100% test coverage
  • Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for major releases, comprising complex modules, features, and components
  • Lead all test automation efforts, reviewing designs and code written by other quality engineers and mentoring junior engineers
  • Participate in design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have strong hands-on experience with scripting languages, tooling (Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Core Java, Python, Groovy), virtualization, and test data management. Additionally, you should have good exposure to API automation (SoapUI, Karate Framework etc.)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is also required.
