Job Title: Compliance Officer

As a key professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for submitting documents to the relevant authorities within stipulated timelines and collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

  • You will maintain awareness of submission processes for new business, schedules, SP submissions, complaints, financial statements, and compliance certificates, submitting these as required.
  • You will coordinate with business units and teams to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of regulatory registers, which are then submitted to the regulator.
  • You will communicate regulatory information, such as branch openings, directorship changes, and regulatory charges, to the relevant authorities.
  • You will update the IIB Envoy Portal by uploading salesperson and SP details, tracking their progress, and conducting regular reviews.
  • You will oversee the renewal of applicable licenses, including IRDAI CA, ISNP, Envoy, and others, working closely with stakeholders to meet guidelines and deadlines.
  • You will issue NOCs for exited SPs and remove PAN tags from IRDA and Envoy, maintaining accurate records.
  • You will apply for telemarketing licenses according to guidelines and submit regulatory data to IRDAI as per stipulated guidelines.
  • You will track and renew licenses, including IRDAI CA, PO, ISNP, Envoy, and others, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder collaboration.
  • You will manage the Regulatory Checklist, ensuring timely submissions, grievances, and other regulatory tasks are completed accurately.
  • You will coordinate reconciliations with finance, product teams, and insurers, resolving any gaps identified during the process.
  • You will maintain agreements, SLAs, and commission structures with insurers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • You will track and resolve grievances from various sources, maintaining a grievance register as required by regulations.
  • You will audit branches and track resolution, providing an audit checklist and coordinating with functional audit teams.
  • You will conduct AML compliance checks, providing checklists to internal teams and coordinating with external stakeholders.
  • You will monitor and update litigation cases, reporting necessary information to the regulator as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
