Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be allocated to our Product Stewardship organization and play a critical role in ensuring market access for our products in regulated countries, specifically in EMEA.
You will advise Sales and other functions on chemical regulatory requirements and develop and manage registration projects aligned with our global strategy.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Planning, managing, preparing, and submitting substance registration dossiers;
- Advising the business on potential strategies under REACH-like regulations;
- Managing consortia representation and communications;
- Contributing to relationships with EU/UK national associations and EU/UK authorities;
- FOLLOWING EU/UK developments and contributing to support other Product Stewardship pillars.
Your profile should include:
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- A chemistry background;
- Understanding of worldwide chemical regulatory frameworks, particularly EU and UK REACH;
- Basic knowledge in Toxicology/Ecotoxicology/Phys-Chem and Analytic;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with business functions and customers;
- Adaptable and self-motivated team worker in an international environment, with ability to work independently;
- Flexible working style, collaborating effectively with individuals throughout the company.
