Job Description

As a regulatory compliance professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant banking regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive product audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitoring and implementing daily regulatory compliance requirements.
  3. Developing and maintaining robust internal control frameworks for banking products.
  4. Implementing and tracking regulatory circulars, with a specific focus on KYC-related guidelines.
  5. Preparing and submitting regulatory reports as per jurisdictional guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  1. Working experience in banks for KYC/AML onboarding and management of control tasks such as name screening, risk profile-based customer CDD/EDD, consequence management actions, and process enhancement.
  2. Strong understanding of KYC guidelines, analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office & SQL.
