Knowledge Manager Role Overview

This role involves championing data-driven knowledge management practices, curating high-value content, and developing scalable processes that promote collective knowledge creation, sharing, and reuse.

  • This includes driving the adoption and effective use of knowledge management tools and platforms across teams, as well as designing, implementing, and auditing processes that support continuous improvement and organizational learning.

The Knowledge Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to train and enable contributors, drive tool adoption, and support the overall maturity of our KM ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Adoption and Use of KM Tools: Develop strategies for promoting the effective use of knowledge management tools and platforms among team members.
  2. Design Scalable Processes: Create, implement, and audit processes that support continuous improvement and facilitate knowledge creation, sharing, and reuse.
  3. Train and Support Teams: Provide training and support to help teams adopt KCS best practices and develop their skills in knowledge management.
  4. Integrate Cross-Functional Information: Facilitate collaboration between teams by integrating information from various departments and ensuring seamless communication.

You will be responsible for creating dashboards and reports to track program impact and inform leadership decisions. Regular content audits will also be conducted to ensure quality, identify gaps, and optimize content.
