Job Title: Senior Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Cuisine Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with an emphasis on regional and Himalayan-inspired cuisines.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisine and contribute to the development of our menu by incorporating local ingredients and traditional techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our quality standards
  • Contribute to menu development by researching new ingredients and cooking techniques
  • Train and mentor junior team members and Commis chefs
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory, monitor food wastage, and support procurement processes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional kitchen experience in quality hotels or resorts
  • Strong expertise in Indian, Chinese, and regional cuisines, with knowledge of traditional cooking methods
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail, quality, and consistency in food preparation
