Job Summary:

This is a senior-level role that requires leadership and management skills to coordinate events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event planning and be able to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Leading projects and collaborating with teams to deliver results
  • Translating client briefs into effective event concepts and strategies
  • Developing decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Preparing and delivering strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients
  • Managing project timelines and deadlines using Gantt charts and other relevant documents
  • Collaborating with Operations Teams to prepare budgets and manage client approvals
  • Working closely with Finance Teams to ensure invoicing, vendor registration, and payment terms are aligned
  • Guiding and overseeing junior members' work, ensuring company standards of delivery
  • Reporting regular updates to HOD/Director across serviced projects
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to translate client briefs into effective event concepts
  • Excellent presentation and pitch development skills
  • Proficient in managing project timelines and deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
