Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests by planning and hosting events of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event plans, including small gatherings, medium-scale activities, and large-scale events.
  • Establish strong relationships with travelers, understand their preferences, and gather feedback to improve our services.
  • Contribute to the creation of a dynamic event calendar by generating fresh ideas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, local artists, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
  • Previous experience in event hosting, hospitality, or community engagement is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in basic office tools such as MS Office are required.
