Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote role responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth through event sales, expo space selling, conference sales, and sponsorship sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and remotely. They will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating compelling proposals, and influencing decision-makers at all levels of an organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and will be proficient in using CRM software, event planning tools, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Identify potential clients through PR relations, cold calling, and online research
  • Create compelling proposals as per client needs, preferences, and budget constraints
  • Influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization
  • Responsible for sales, invoice generation, follow-ups, and timely payment recovery
  • Handle key accounts and serve as a single point of contact between the client and the production team

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience in event sales, expo space selling, conference sales, or sponsorship sales
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management
  • Industry experience in Events, Media, or Advertising

Delhi NCR or Metro Cities
