Job Title: Regional Retail Trainer

The role of the Regional Retail Trainer is pivotal in driving sales and customer experience within assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver engaging workshops on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques to store teams.
• Implement exercises, simulations, and coaching to enhance performance.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve employee skills.

  • Onboarding & Development

• Collaborate with Store Managers and Champions to onboard new hires efficiently.
• Assist in developing leadership skills to create a pipeline of high-performing employees.

  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback

• Track training effectiveness using metrics like NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and team sessions to address skill gaps.
• Support stores in achieving sales and customer service goals.

  • Store Visits & Training Audits

• Regularly visit stores to observe customer interactions and provide coaching.
• Conduct audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Identify top performers and recommend them for promotions or advanced training.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Retail Expertise: Deep understanding of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to deliver engaging hands-on training sessions.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region.
