Innovative Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident visual creative professional to spearhead the development of innovative visual solutions for fast-fashion/genZ fashion charters.
About the Role:- Stay updated on emerging design trends and practices by conducting thorough research.
- Develop a comprehensive visual direction and assets for every project, focusing on creativity and originality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including curation, art & styling, store and category teams to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to execute ideas and handle all aspects of the project, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
- A strong background in fashion communication is desirable.
- Good understanding of fashion trends, GenZ-led brands, and their impact on the market.
- Mandatory skills include creative flair, originality, strong visual sense, keen strategic thinking, and a passion for research-based projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (XD, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
